Job Summary

Investigate material issues at the plant level and deliver all parts calls to the production line while maintaining daily part call sheets. Retrieve or request necessary materials to ensure chassis production runs without downtime, then collaborate with the production team to resolve shortages and address BOM or print inaccuracies. Enter all parts calls into the LCI Audit app, track scrapped parts, and arrange deliveries for missing inventory. Inspect incoming part boxes for integrity, monitor production rates against the daily schedule, and coordinate with consumption and inventory teams to schedule changes. Participate in warehouse functions, safety huddles, and housekeeping efforts while ensuring all safety regulations are met.

Required Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED
  • Forklift license
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors
  • Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the company's overall goals
  • Must be able to maintain error log and remaining consumption daily
  • Must help create processes that support management goals and increase productivity
  • Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Must be able to read and process written communication including, but not limited to measurements, directions, instructions, etc.
  • Must be able to help production meet goals and time deadlines for company projects
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision
  • Must possess successful problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow employees, customers, etc.
  • Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations
  • Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes throughout the day
  • Must have the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Must comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work area
  • Must be able to talk and hear
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, balance, reach, handle, and climb all day
  • Must be able to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
  • Must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Some Saturdays will be mandatory

Desired Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of D365 experience
  • At least 1 year of inventory control experience
