Job Summary
Material Controller responsible for recording accurate transactions in ERP, issuing materials, shipping and receiving goods, and safely transporting and delivering products between buildings. Key duties include processing outbound shipments with documentation, handling international shipments through AES Portal, receiving goods via Docstar, performing cycle counts, and managing inventory and part numbers in ERP. Must operate hand truck, tow motor, and box truck, and comply with safety PPE requirements. Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs (frequently 20 lbs) and eligibility as a U.S. person for ITAR-controlled data.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in materials planning/scheduling, preferably in high mix-low volume manufacturing environments
- U.S. person for ITAR-controlled data access
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in materials planning/scheduling
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; repetitive lifting of 20 lbs
