Material Control Specialist

Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure accuracy and availability. Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to plan and control material flow, while maintaining accurate inventory records within ERP systems and performing regular stock reconciliations. Identify discrepancies, shortages, or excess inventory, and support corrective actions alongside cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Assist with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely material availability for production and track material movements with proper documentation. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve material-related issues and analyze trends to recommend stock level and storage optimization. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
