Material Control Analyst - Materials Management

Job Summary
Material Control Analyst oversees end-to-end material movement and inventory control, analyzes costs, capacity, and demand to identify underperforming areas in the supply chain, assesses supplier capabilities and performance, develops actionable improvement plans, maintains accurate inventory to meet JIT demands, and collaborates with stakeholders to optimize production results and cost per unit. Responsibilities include data analysis to optimize supply chain capabilities, communicating decisions to stakeholders, auditing suppliers, and supporting contract negotiation efforts. Requires experience in supply chain operations and a relevant associate degree (or equivalent experience).
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field plus 1 – 3 years of relevant experience, or verifiable experience in a supply chain/manufacturing environment for 5+ years
- Experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, including supplier management, internal and external logistics, inventory control, and component parts management
