Job Summary
Material Availability Analyst who will maximize external supplier performance through inventory management, schedule releases, and collaboration with global purchasing teams. Responsibilities include following up on requirements to minimize past due schedules, preventing excess material within the network, reviewing and acting on schedule releases for on-time shipments, and working with suppliers to resolve issues related to problematic parts. Key skills include inventory control, DRP, supplier performance monitoring, cross-functional teamwork, and applying quality assurance practices to maintain accuracy and efficiency in supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Supply chain or Logistics Experience
- Knowledge of distribution and inventory management processes
- Experience with supplier management and DRP/process optimization
- Ability to review schedules and ensure on-time shipments
- Attention to accuracy and detail, quality assurance practices
