Job Summary
Assess and evaluate approximately 27 monthly plant submissions, validating required attachments, confirming criteria compliance, and assigning compliant or not compliant statuses. Communicate necessary rework instructions to plants, follow up on resubmissions, and summarize audit results for leadership while trending rework issues to suggest corrective actions. Perform actual data validation audits upon request, including deeper dives into submitted data and on-site verification when needed. Requires three years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent), able to analyze data through pivots, V-Lookup, graph trends
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (or equivalent)
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner (writing, verbally)
