Job Summary
Manage end-to-end refurbishment and remanufacturing processes for company-owned locomotive assembly rotable-cores, bridging engineering, site service teams, and material planning to ensure OEM-compliant rebuilds. Execute daily ERP material issuing, oversee vendor management including WIP reviews and logistics, and coordinate order placement for inventory at supplier bases. Liaise with third-party logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy, attend WIP review meetings, and monitor vendor turn-around times for continuous improvement. Handle receival and dispatch of overhaul goods, drive data hygiene through ERP report reconciliation, and ensure EHS action closures. Support the Remanufacturing Leader on technical queries and mentor team members while contributing to annual stocktakes and site safety metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Appropriate experience Company ERP systems such as Oracle
- Experience in a Heavy Equipment Remanufacturing and Sourcing positions
- Full flexibility supporting site hours, flexible start and finish times
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously under general direction
- Team oriented and ability to work collaboratively across teams
