Job Summary
Mate on Windfarm Support Vessel responsible for assisting the Master with safe, efficient vessel operation, navigating, and docking/undocking evolutions. Serves as First Line Supervisor for Deck Department and helps maintain crew well-being. Requires several years as Able-Bodied Seaman/Ordinary Seaman and must hold marine licenses/certifications including Advanced Firefighting, First Aid/CPR, FCC Operator, Merchant Mariner Credential, 200 Ton Mate or Master (Near Coastal), STCW, TWIC, and USCG Medical Certificate; willing to pass pre-employment drug test and physical. Schedule is 14/14; Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Current Advanced Firefighting
- First Aid/CPR
- FCC Marine Operator License
- Merchant Mariners Credential
- 200 Ton Mate or Master License Near Coastal
- STCW
- TWIC
- Current USCG Medical Certificate
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Must pass pre-employment physical
