Job Summary
Conduct sailing, navigation, and watch-keeping duties while troubleshooting systems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the yacht remains in top condition. Work closely with the owner as part of a small team on a Mediterranean cruising programme from March 2027, including passages through Italy, the Ionian, and the Adriatic. Manage seasonal maintenance in Palma or Barcelona before heading to Las Palmas for ARC 2027. This role suits someone with Yachtmaster Offshore and ENG1 certifications who enjoys owner-operated programmes and delivering a safe, enjoyable experience onboard.
Required Qualifications
- Yachtmaster Offshore (Commercially Endorsed) minimum
- STCW
- ENG1
- Strong sailing and watch-keeping experience
- Good engineering and technical knowledge
- Practical maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Positive, professional and adaptable attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
