Lead and develop Crew Members through role-modeling, direction, and support while working in teams to get to know the staff. Improve the quality of store life by coaching others to be their best and modeling behavior that supports company values. Operate the cash register efficiently, bag groceries with care, stock shelves, and receive loads to make the store a welcome place for customers and Crew. Requires 3+ years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience, 2+ years at the management or supervisory level, and a high school degree or equivalent.
