Job Summary
Conduct phone interviews and coordinate group texts to match dogs with adopters, ensuring the best fit for both the animal and the family. Review pre-screened applications, manage software platforms to keep accurate notes, and oversee the full adoption process from initial contact to finalizing contracts. Perform long-distance in-home trials via video call and arrange puppy delivery when selected. Stay current on the dog roster and foster reports while maintaining professional communication with adopters and team members. This role supports Path of Hope Rescue's mission to transport pregnant dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in the Southern US to Spokane, fostering a community of dog lovers who treat animals as family.
Required Qualifications
- Must like people!
- You must have an equal love for people as for dogs.
- Excellent communication, both oral and written.
- Comfortable using CRM and multiple online platforms
- Team player, willing to collaborate and foster a positive/no drama work environment.
