Job Summary
Deliver exceptional bar service at events and on matchdays at Rangers FC, fulfilling orders with attention to detail while managing multiple requests in a fast-paced, noisy environment. Apply knowledge of spirits, mixers, and in-house rules under pressure to ensure accurate service. Provide gourmet hospitality and stadium snacks to fans, maintaining confidence and a positive attitude throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail and ability to fulfil orders correctly
- Knowledge of basic spirits and mixers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with multiple requests at the same time
- Ability to work in a stressful, loud or noisy environment
- Confidence and knowledge to apply laws and inhouse rules even when under pressure
- Proven experience of working in a fast paced bar environment
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence
- A strong team player, highly confident and positive
- Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
- Previous experience within bars is essential
