Job Summary
Contributes to the Program team by providing match support and enrollment for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. Delivers high-quality assessments and notes in the database; ensures child safety and positive youth development; fosters family engagement and volunteer satisfaction; conducts introduction meetings for new match relationships; administers outcomes surveys and maintains accurate documentation; collaborates with service delivery staff; supports program development and growth; utilizes knowledge of child safety, risk management, and program guidelines to enable successful experiences for youth, families, and volunteers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Two years of higher education plus two years of relevant work experience in related fields or four years of relevant work experience with children in a social services environment
- Valid driver's license and viable transportation
