Job Summary
Evaluate matches during the regular season (March-October) and playoffs, documenting club procedures, reporting violations, and noting irresponsible behavior from players and staff. Inspect venues for league and federation compliance, record safety/security incidents, and document broadcast equipment conditions. Effectively report minimum standards violations and potential disciplinary incidents to USL team members while maintaining strict league deadlines. Receive a $150 stipend per successfully observed match. Must handle confidential materials, communicate accurately, and be fluent in English. Live within 50 miles of the designated market and have U.S. work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of soccer
- Able to handle highly confidential material and information that could have substantial impact upon the organization
- Ability to communicate accurately and meet strict league deadlines
- Must be fluent in English; written and verbal
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must live within 50 miles of designated market
- Must have U.S. work authorization
- Must evaluate (10-12) matches during the regular season (March-October) as determined by the USL and any playoff matches if applicable
