Match Lead

Lead a group of Operators across 1–2 football games per shift to track and confirm key game events, including dead balls and stoppage time, and ensure accurate event data delivery. Confirm teams, line-ups, players and player markings before and during games. Stay focused during live ball situations and join post-game meetings to share clear feedback with Operators and Operations Managers. Complete marking tasks to help improve system accuracy and design. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, clear communication under pressure, and the ability to work with remote colleagues and live operations teams. Proficiency with Google and Microsoft tools (especially Excel or Google Sheets) and an adaptable, accountable approach to sensitive information. Availability ranges from 15–30 hours per week, with shifts up to 6 hours, potentially early mornings or late nights. Hybrid working model varies by role and location.
