Job Summary
Provide ongoing case management to Match Grant clients, assessing needs, developing service plans, and connecting individuals with social services and community resources. Deliver employment-focused support including job readiness, resume development, interview preparation, and placement assistance while maintaining detailed case notes and ensuring compliance with program requirements. Conduct regular home, phone, and office visits to monitor progress and provide transportation support for job interviews and onboarding. Build relationships with employers and partners to advocate for client hiring and retention, and coordinate with external organizations to secure vocational training and legal services. Equip clients to independently navigate employment systems and achieve long-term self-sufficiency. This limited-term, part-time role requires a mature Christian faith, valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Mature and personal Christian faith
- Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
- Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
- Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document
- Valid drivers license
- Access to reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass MVR standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree or at least one-year experience in an office environment
