Job Summary
Create welcoming, inclusive Hot Mat Pilates classes while adhering to YogaSix format and standards. Set up and break down the classroom, managing props, music, and lighting. Provide safe, motivating, and engaging instruction to students, building community and connection through empowering, fun, and effective delivery. Assist with studio cleanliness to maintain a professional environment. Requires current Mat Pilates or Barre certification, CPR/AED certification, and at least one year of teaching experience. Compensation ranges from $52.50 to $70 per class based on experience and formats taught.
Required Qualifications
- Current Mat Pilates and/or Barre certification
- CPR/AED certification required
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, modifications, and safe movement
- Ability to demonstrate all movements
- Ability to perform standing, bending, balancing, and weight-bearing exercises
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year teaching experience preferred
- Passion for learning and continued growth
