Job Summary
Plan and lead engaging Mat Pilates classes for a diverse membership, including regularly scheduled classes, pop-ups, and sub sessions. Deliver well-structured workouts focusing on varying fitness levels, with hospitality-focused service to enhance the member experience. Collaborate with building maintenance and operations teams to ensure facility and equipment readiness. Must hold a Mat Pilates certification and CPR/AED, have 1+ years of teaching experience in a fitness center, and be comfortable helping members with class sign-ups through the venue’s technology. Contractor role based in San Francisco, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience teaching Mat Pilates in a fitness center environment
- Mat Pilates certification
- CPR and AED certification
- Technologically savvy and able to assist members with class sign-ups through native technology
- Additional group fitness certifications (e.g., yoga, HIIT, Strength) are a plus
