MAT Counselor: Sign on Bonus up to $5,000!

MAT Counselor provides counseling within a Medication Assisted Treatment program for opioid use disorder at Root Center for Advanced Recovery. Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, safety planning and risk assessment, developing treatment plans, case management (including urinalysis testing, transportation coordination, and collaboration with families and other facilities), intake and screenings, referrals, assessments, recordkeeping and documentation, participation in multidisciplinary team meetings, and administrative duties at front desk. The role requires a Master’s Degree in a relevant field and CT licensure eligibility with licensure expected within 2 years. Compensation ranges from $55,000–$66,000 for non-licensed counselors and $67,000–$77,000 for licensed counselors, plus sign-on bonuses of $3,000–$5,000 depending on credentials.
