Job Summary
Conduct individual and group counseling, facilitate safety planning, and develop treatment plans for clients managing opioid use disorder. Administer client urinalysis testing, monitor progress, and coordinate care with family and external facilities. Perform intake screenings, complete comprehensive assessments, and maintain detailed documentation including progress notes and transfer summaries. Schedule appointments, cover the front desk, and monitor facility operations while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and clinical seminars as required by supervisory personnel.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in a relevant field which will qualify for State of Connecticut licensure
- Professional licensure expected within 2 years
