Job Summary
Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple's psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children. Maintain communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties while ensuring timely, accurate clinical records and documentation within two business days of service. Complete ANSA/CANS assessments, treatment plans, and clinical service authorizations on schedule to meet billable hour productivity standards. Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources while participating in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- Active three letter or associate license
Desired Qualifications
- Three to five years' experience in behavioral health environment
- Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions
