Job Summary
Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance on automated warehouse and packaging line equipment to ensure stable operation and safety. Manage warehouse business operations including inventory control, system execution via SAP/WMS/WCS, and stock reconciliation. Lead team training on safety, quality, and operational procedures while overseeing personnel scheduling and labor compliance. Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on equipment reliability, food safety, and site organization standards. Adapt to a three-shift rotation schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 中专以上学历
- 机械、电气、自动化相关专业毕业
- 熟悉仓库管理流程
- 有自动化仓库维护维修经验
- 良好沟通
- 团队合作
- 服务意识
- 较强学习适应能力
- 熟练掌握Office办公软件
- 仓库操作系统
- 适应三班倒
- 持电工证
- 业务涉及5米以上登高作业(立体仓库)
Desired Qualifications
