Job Summary
Conduct daily outreach to farmers, wagers, entrepreneurs, and government officials to meet target numbers while building rapport with local stakeholders. Track and document daily and weekly progress, maintaining attendance sheets, session reports, and beneficiary data logs. Prepare weekly and monthly reports capturing training feedback, case studies, and testimonials for submission to the project manager. Manage logistics for training sessions, including material distribution, venue setup, and expense monitoring within budget. Coordinate with the coordinator to ensure smooth operations and that training quality meets project standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of grassroots experience, and fluency in the local language. Open to travel and relocation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision
- Open to travel and relocate at the project location
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes
- Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office
