Job Summary
Conduct daily outreach to farmers, villagers, entrepreneurs, and government officials to meet assigned target numbers. Build rapport with local community members, stakeholders, and institutions while ensuring training quality and mobilization efforts meet project standards. Track and document daily and weekly progress, maintain attendance sheets, and prepare beneficiary data reports capturing training feedback, case studies, and testimonials. Submit timely updates to the project manager and central team, manage logistics for sessions and monitoring expenses, and coordinate with the coordinator for smooth daily operations. Requires minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related fields, 3–5 years of grassroots project experience, and fluency in local language. Open to travel and relocation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision
- Open to travel and relocate at the project location
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes
- Fluency in the local language
- Basic proficiency in English
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
