Job Summary
Conduct complimentary in-home fitness assessments and confidently sell personal training packages to new and existing clients. Deliver safe, effective, and engaging in-home personal training sessions while building strong client relationships focused on results, accountability, and retention. Participate in weekly field marketing and community outreach efforts to drive territory growth across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware counties. Manage your schedule and appointments independently and responsibly while representing the GYMGUYZ brand professionally. This mobile role requires a sales-minded individual comfortable with transactions and willing to drive a company van, with availability for occasional evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) from an accredited organization or commitment to obtain certification within 60 days of hire
- CPR certification
- Some experience in personal training or a strong foundation in fitness
- Comfort with sales conversations and closing during the assessment process
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and willingness to drive a company van
- Availability to work occasional evenings and some weekend hours
