Job Summary
Conduct complimentary in-home fitness assessments and confidently sell personal training packages to new and existing clients. Deliver safe, effective, and engaging in-home personal training sessions while building strong client relationships focused on results, accountability, and retention. Participate in weekly field marketing and community outreach efforts to support local business growth. Represent the GYMGUYZ brand professionally throughout the Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware counties territory, managing your schedule and appointments independently. This mobile role requires a sales-minded individual with a valid driver's license to drive a company van, offering flexible hours that fit your lifestyle alongside a competitive commission structure and clear career advancement pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) from an accredited organization or commitment to obtain certification within 60 days of hire
- CPR certification
- Some experience in personal training or a strong foundation in fitness
- Comfort with sales conversations and closing during the assessment process
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and willingness to drive a company van
- Availability to work occasional evenings and some weekend hours
