Job Summary
Master Toyota Technician responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning per dealership policies and warranty specifications. Perform test drives and use diagnostic tools to assess components and systems; provide accurate estimates of time needed for repairs; communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of additional services. Participate in open communication with ownership to improve workflow. Eligible for benefits such as sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, 401(k), life insurance, paid training, and paid time off. Requires Master Toyota Certification, basic tools, and strong customer service in a team environment. Training and certification opportunities are provided, with ASE reimbursement and potential rate increases based on performance and tenure.
Required Qualifications
- Master Toyota Certification
- Own basic tools/toolbox
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
