Job Summary
Conduct advanced vehicle diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to the highest standards while diagnosing and resolving complex technical faults efficiently. Act as the technical lead within the workshop, supporting colleagues with specialist knowledge and communicating clearly with customers to explain issues. Manage a busy workload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with manufacturer standards. Work towards individual and team performance targets to maximize earning potential through an uncapped bonus structure.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- extensive experience working within a busy workshop environment
- strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- full valid UK driving licence
Desired Qualifications
- main dealership experience (preferred but not essential)
