Job Summary
Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced tools and equipment while adhering to company guidelines and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and communicate repair details and recommendations to customers. Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Prior experience as a Master Technician, proficiency in diagnosing various vehicle systems, ASE certifications, and a valid driver's license are required. Shottenkirk Automotive Group operates 27 dealerships across six states with a focus on lasting relationships with employees and the community.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Master Technician or similar role
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems
- Strong technical knowledge and aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certifications preferred
