Job Summary
Master Technician responsible for automotive diagnosis and repair across ASE A1–A8 topics, ensuring safety, proper Service Work Orders, MPI, and adherence to VIP quality standards. Role requires diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, communicating with customers, maintaining shop cleanliness and organization, completing training and certifications (including ASE as specified), and supporting team processes such as the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement and LMS training. The position emphasizes safe operation, accurate diagnosis, parts handling per policy, and ongoing professional development to maintain ASE credentials.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related experience in automotive service field
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- ASE Certification A4 – Suspension & Steering
- ASE Certification A5 – Brakes
- State Inspection License
