Job Summary
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on complex vehicle systems. Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, and performance concerns. Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information. Accurately document diagnostic steps and repair work performed. Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear repair explanations. Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Participate in ongoing Mazda technical training as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High-level automotive technician experience required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Mazda vehicles preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required
- Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening
