Job Summary
Master Technician to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues across makes and models; perform repairs with emphasis on oil changes, tire mounting, and basic repairs; review service bulletins and translate to customer needs; diagnose and estimate necessary repairs; maintain shop professionalism, cleanliness, and safety; complete thorough inspections; test-drive vehicles and diagnose using computerized diagnostic devices; collaborate with Reconditioning Manager and Chief Operations Officer to describe problems and plan work; assist other technicians and provide technical support; document repairs and concerns in dealership system; ensure high-quality service and equipment condition; lifting heavy items and working in a fast-paced shop environment; willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Master Automobile Technician or ASE Certifications
- At least 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and tools
