Master Teacher (Math)

Implement effective teaching strategies aligned to content standards for grades K-12 while collaborating with the teacher of record to integrate technology and support the MTSS framework. Conduct follow-up teacher conferences providing actionable feedback, observe and model effective strategies, and facilitate professional learning communities to meet curricular demands. Analyze data from multiple sources to identify student learning trends, set goals, and modify instruction to support accelerated achievement. Develop and evaluate building-level professional development activities, assist teachers in applying new learning, and actively investigate instructional research to support increased student outcomes. Work collaboratively with administration to create an inclusive environment, adhere to all district policies, and demonstrate expertise in curriculum implementation and classroom management.
