Job Summary
Master Service Technician responsible for maintenance and repair of gas, electric, water, refrigeration and steam powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment. Trained in at least two skill sets with leadership capabilities to mentor and train other employees; documents tasks via tablet; communicates with customers regarding repairs; participates in on-call rotation and overtime as needed; maintains service vehicle and tools; performs troubleshooting, parts discovery, and classes as needed; adheres to safety policies and uses PPE; works with branch staff and customers to ensure first-time fix performance and branch targets.
Required Qualifications
- 1 Year of applicable experience
- CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications
- Valid Driver's license
- Background check and drug screen
- 18 years of age
