Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment while adhering to all safety policies. Utilize a tablet to document tasks, parts orders, and timesheets, and communicate professionally with customers regarding repair status. Maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms, and monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are available. Collect payment on COD jobs and contribute to branch targets for response time and first-time fix rates. Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations, work regular overtime as needed, and mentor other employees.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- 1 Year of applicable experience
- CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications
- Must have three of the four CFESA certifications
- Must be assigned to the on-call roster
- Participate as scheduled for weekend/holiday on-call rotation
- Work regular overtime as needed
