Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Document tasks on a tablet for parts orders, work orders, and timesheets, and communicate professionally with customers regarding repair status. Maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms, monitor truck stock for required parts, and collect payment on COD jobs. Work independently with daily supervision, participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations, and contribute to branch targets for response time and first-time fix rates.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- 1 Year of applicable experience
- CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
