Job Summary
Determine vehicle issues with customers and service advisors, then diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems to manufacturer specifications. Perform quality inspections including test drives before returning vehicles, while communicating directly with advisors to provide estimates for new repairs. Execute warranty repairs and produce accurate paperwork reflecting all work performed. Maintain a clean, safe environment and hold a valid state driver's license for test driving. Requires four years of experience, ASE certifications, and a Certified Master Technician credential.
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certified Master Technician
- Advanced automotive maintenance, removal & replacement knowledge/skills
- Advance automotive diagnostic knowledge/skills
- ASE Certifications
- Possess a valid sate driver's license for conducting test drivers
