Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment while adhering to all safety policies and using proper hand and power tools. Document tasks, parts orders, and timesheets on a tablet, monitor truck stock, and maintain the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms. Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and status, collect payment on COD jobs, and contribute to branch targets for response time and first-time fix rates. Work independently with daily supervision, participate in weekend/holiday on-call rotations, and perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- 1 Year of applicable experience
- CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications
- Must have three of the four CFESA certifications
- Participate as scheduled for weekend/holiday on-call rotation
- Work regular overtime as needed
