Job Summary
Maintenance and repair of customer equipment as assigned, skilled in at least two areas, on-call roster, mentoring/training of others; troubleshoot gas, electric, water, refrigeration and steam powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment; document tasks via tablet; communicate with customers; maintain service vehicle and tools; participate in weekend/holiday on-call rotation and overtime as needed; participate in available training; obtain correct part numbers; collect payment on COD jobs; contribute to branch targets for response time and first-time fix rates; perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications
- 1 Year of applicable experience
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
