Job Summary
Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems with a focus on electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid systems. Perform manufacturer warranty and customer-pay repairs to Hyundai standards. Mentor and support developing technicians, maintain productivity and quality goals, and stay current on Hyundai technology, certifications, and training requirements. A Master Certification or equivalent advanced manufacturer certification is preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years Automotive Dealership experience
- Hyundai Master Certification preferred (or equivalent)
- ASE Certifications strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
