Job Summary
Master Service Technician responsible for the timely maintenance and repair of office product equipment across a territory, with emphasis on troubleshooting across Kyocera, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, and Canon devices. Role requires maximizing equipment up-time, providing selective customer training, and supporting Field Service Team development. Candidates should have 5+ years in an Associate or Entry Level Technician position, strong problem identification, customer service, communication, and organizational skills, and possess high school diploma/GED with AA degree or equivalent technical training. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; training and certifications in xerox production, A+/N+ preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Location: Amarillo, TX. Salary grade DOE; Full Time / Non-Exempt.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; AA Degree or equivalent technical training
- Experience working on Kyocera, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta, Riso Copiers/Printers preferred
- Xerox Production training
- A+ / N+ Certification desired
- 6 Manufacture Training Classes
- PA Rating / exceeds requirements
