Master Scheduler

Job Summary
Develop and maintain program master schedules, incorporating material lead times, historical data, and capacity inputs to ensure accurate and feasible manufacturing throughput. Coordinate the Sales, Inventory, and Operations planning process while evaluating efficiency and utilization factors to support customer requirements and sales commitments. Facilitate change management and lead the scheduling team by setting goals, delegating tasks, and providing feedback to maintain a participative environment. Manage complex variables and compile data to drive decision-making for production control and order release schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years production scheduling experience
- Expert experience with an ERP system
- Ability to understand manufacturing processes and associated workflows
- High level of ethics with strong integrity
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and shifting time requirements
- Proven ability to successfully facilitate change
- Excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Ability to compile and present data in a format that facilitates information sharing and decision making
Desired Qualifications
- Aerospace industry knowledge
- Previous leadership experience
- APICS Certification
- Knowledge of Production Operations, Production Control, Scheduling, Distribution, Inventory Management, Re-Order Points (ROP) and MRP
