Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Care, Logistics, and manufacturing to establish schedules that allocate resources for client needs. Integrate sales orders with the master distribution schedule, coordinating raw materials, supplies, and staff to meet delivery dates while forecasting monthly revenue. Periodically compare orders against inventory to anticipate demand and acquire additional supplies as needed. Investigate production issues, develop action plans for resolution, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and optimize productivity. Participate in cross-functional planning meetings with sales, marketing, and operations to monitor performance against metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least five years of related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS)
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
