Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental, and operational systems using MS Project, Primavera, or mandated program software. Collaborate with developmental and operational teams to create and update schedules, integrating multiple project schedules into a Master Program Schedule while linking them to Investment Portfolios and Integrated Master Plans. Implement schedule version control, configuration management, and build processes, ensuring adherence to policies across development and operational projects. Support a high-visibility program with a customer in Maryland, requiring a TS/SCI clearance and extensive DoD experience.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI w/ poly
- Eight years' experience as a Scheduler in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university
- Master's degree may be substituted for two years of experience
- Four years of additional scheduling experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, thereby reducing the requirement to six years of experience
- Two years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera
- Extensive DoD experience
- Successfully completed an advanced level MS Project or Primavera course
- Demonstrated experience with MS Project or Primavera
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in either the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) and or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP)
