Master Scheduler

Job Summary
Develops and maintains the weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) by translating IBP/S&OP demand plans into plant-level schedules (GMID). Maintains valid ATP data, resolves supply-demand conflicts, and collaborates with material planners, asset schedulers, and operations to ensure production plans meet demand while optimizing capacity and cost. Drives continuous improvement of the scheduling process, supports SAP-APO-BW-based planning, and interfaces with sales, demand management, customer service, engineering, and production to uphold policy and meet customer requirements. Requires collaboration across multiple plants, a strong grasp of production planning concepts, ability to run what-if simulations, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in material management, supply chain, engineering, or business
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or related field
- Familiar with SAP-APO-BW
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- English fluency
- Experience with master scheduling and IBP/S&OP processes
- Experience translating IBP/S&OP plans into Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Experience coordinating with sales, demand management, customer service, and operations
- Experience with KPIs/metrics for scheduling performance
- CPIM certification is preferred
