Job Summary
Develop and maintain the master production schedule for all products while collaborating with sales, production, and supply chain teams to align MPS with forecasts and capacity. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, escalating complex issues as needed, and analyze production performance to identify opportunities for process improvements. Create and distribute various scheduling reports and metrics to stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various departments
