Job Summary
Create, manage, and evaluate Integrated Master Schedules for assigned Army Aviation products by correlating data from OEMs, program offices, and CDRL deliverables. Analyze activity plans and budgets to develop and maintain schedules aligned with programmatic and contractual requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate issues prior to product execution through critical path analysis and detailed Work-Breakdown Schedules. Update schedules per leadership direction and coordinate development with Project Office Headquarters, government agencies, and contractors to synchronize information exchange. Issue, review, and track schedules while providing recommendations to management using MS Project and Scheduler Inspector.
Required Qualifications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Scheduler Inspector, and should have working knowledge of Milestone Professional to produce product schedules
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft software, to include, but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously, work effectively and well with others
- Outstanding analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Army Acquisition experience preferred
