Master Scheduler / Industrial Engineer

Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and execute the master production schedule while designing efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing products. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to integrate new machinery, implement level loading strategies, and conduct time studies to identify bottlenecks. Lead initiatives to scale production volumes rapidly, develop standard operating procedures, and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role supports ThermAvant's custom thermal management solutions for terrestrial and aerospace applications within an AS9100D/ISO9001-certified facility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Industrial Engineering role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a startup setting
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and workflows
- Experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and level loading techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
