Job Summary
Coordinate production schedules and master production schedules (MPS) to align customer demand with production capacity, analyze what-if scenarios to assess impact on Plexus operations, generate MRP and proactively mitigate disruptions to production efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Program Management to support inventory management, procurement decisions, and on-time product delivery, escalate areas affecting Customer Service Excellence, and apply standard policies to resolve challenges while maintaining confidentiality and safety. Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of related experience (preferred)
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn Plexus Data Collection and MRP/ERP systems
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to take proactive ownership for Focus Factory operations
