Job Summary
Master Scheduler responsible for end-to-end production planning and scheduling, owning the master production schedule, SIOP execution, and establishing data discipline for ERP. Leads translation of the master schedule into floor-level execution, collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production, and conducts advanced data analysis to identify bottlenecks and risks while reporting KPIs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field; APICS certification strongly preferred; 5+ years in production planning/master scheduling; experience with ERP systems; automotive OEM manufacturing experience preferred. Onsite in Riverside, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
- APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) strongly preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain roles
- Experience in automotive OEM manufacturing strongly preferred
- Prior involvement in ERP implementations or major system transitions highly desirable
- Project management experience is a plus
